JetCat PHT-3-3 Helicopter Turbine
PHT3-3 Helicopter Turbine
Rotor RPM 920 Turbine RPM 94.000
JetCat PHT3-3 Single Shaft Helicopter engine
The PHT3 single-shaft helicopter engine is removed and the power directly from the turbine runner. The setting unit around, were all the other facilities optimized placed. This includes the servo holding the centrifugal clutch, the tail rotor output arrangements, platforms for centrifugal or other components. You get a lot of helicopter types, suitable, complete Mechanism with the engine.
* Real turbine power with enormous power reserves even for large helicopters
* Rotor rotation direction (left/right) freely selectable
* Rotor, centrifugal clutch and freewheel drive decoupled (rotor is idle)
* Rotor brake optional
* Original JetCat auto start system: pressure fully automatic start of the turbine on button on the remote control transmitter without external ancillary equipment or tools
* Maintenance-friendly, low-noise toothed belt transmission in the primary grades
* Special toothing in the last stage of transmission, smoothness and safe traction.
* Complete set: Unpacking, installing, flying about 1000-fold field- proven turbine system
* Precision ceramic ball bearing for low maintenance operation
* Guard against the turbine inlet prevents damage due to foreign bodies
* JetCat "Jet-tronic" Turbinenregelelektronic: speed controller for constant rotor speed.
* Freely programmable system
* Turbine launches without compressed air or blower.
* Automatic cool of the turbine after switching off.
* RS232 computer interface.

Exemplary event procedure:
After charging the batteries and fill the kerosene tank the Heli to the starting position. Transmitter & receiver switch on the transmitter to off-> throttle valve slide, then push throttle to full-throttle-> turbine now automatically starts and then stabilized at idle speed (rotor is still available!). As soon as the throttle slider on the transmitter is set to idle, the power control to the pilot is passed. Now slowly push the throttle to full-throttle. The main rotor speed is now slow (time programmable) booted up and stable regulated automatically at the programmed value. Speed variations even in extreme load fluctuations are not felt by the huge power surplus of the engine...
